Using UHS-I Class 10 technology, the Kingston Canvas Select Plus offers read speeds of up to 100MB/s, providing a fast and stable data transfer experience, and supports high-quality video recording without lag. The test was conducted on a Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3i 14ITL6 device, with Intel Core i5-1135G7, NVIDIA MX350, 12GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM, 512GB NVMe SSD, and Windows 11 Home 23H2 operating system. The card was tested using a Lexar RW450 rev B card reader (GL3231S Controller) via a USB 3.1 Gen 1 port, in brand new condition, with no files (0% usage), default file system exFAT, and Quick Removal policy in Device Manager.
In our performance testing, the 64GB Kingston Canvas Select Plus performed quite well for the mainstream microSD class. Through testing using CrystalDiskMark, the card recorded a read speed of 89.52 MB/s and a write speed of 20.75 MB/s. Similar results were also seen in the Cross Platform Disk Test, with read speeds of 89.56 MB/s and write speeds of 15.71 MB/s. Meanwhile, the test using AS-SSD recorded a read speed of 87.60 MB/s and a write speed of 16.22 MB/s. Overall, this performance reflects the card's ability to efficiently handle common tasks such as file transfer, video recording, and light application usage.
These results prove that the card is capable of handling common needs such as Full HD video recording, large application installation, and data backup, with good efficiency and reliability.
